We started our home building dream as young college students dreaming about their future home----like many of us do. We found ourselves watching all the HGTV shows together, drawing floorplans late into the night, studying current home trends, and stalking real estate listings. Soon that is all we talked about and obsessed over. That is when we realized that we wanted to pursue a career in making our and others dreams come true. We made a game plan since we had no idea where to start. Aeryk started apprenticing with local builders learning all he can. He and I got our real estate licenses to network and learn everything about the home and real estate world. We read books, took extra classes on campus post graduation, and we worked in these fields for several yeas till we felt we were finally ready. We started our business and the first thing we did was build a spec home.. The Meadow Grove Project. We designed this home to be a step above builders grade. We wanted to create a better product to the home buyers of Eastern Idaho.  Aeryk built the entire home minus HVAC, cabinets, electrical, and plumbing. Experience is the best teacher.... we got experienced and fast. We absolutely love what we do and what we can offer. Through working with clients we have made some of our best friends. 

When we are not working we spend time with our four children. You can usually find us outside the home either hiking, kayaking, or traveling. We love to get involved with our local community and all the events our city has to offer. You will also find us at almost every Parade of Home that Idaho and Utah has to offer. We love spending time as a family and go everywhere together. We are a family company and changes are you will meet one or two members of our little crew. 

We all have a part to play. Aeryk is over big picture things such as floorplan advice, building, and scheduling. His attention to detail and his personal dedication is what makes him a great builder. I am over functionality, design, making space flow, real estate, and getting to the heart of the project with our clients. We believe a home is more than just a structure to be built but a experience to enjoy by all that live there. A refuge, an oasis, a very part of who you are.
